As a Visual Merchandiser, you will unleash your creativity in the world of fashion. You will design an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting store teams to enhance customer and working experiences through coaching and development
  • Identifying opportunities and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Planning and organizing your workload according to business needs and commercial planning
  • Championing commercial and operational store routines
  • Focusing on store KPIs and initiating actions to achieve store goals
  • Adapting store planning according to store needs and budgets from the commercial plan
  • Conducting daily customer rounds to maximize commercial opportunities
  • Executing sample picking to create clear stories and wearable buying suggestions
  • Handling visual merchandiser materials and visual scheme orders

You will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, drive results, have strong leadership qualities, a strategic mindset, and excellent planning and prioritizing skills, clear communication and presentation skills, and a customer-first mindset.

This role is suitable for someone with at least 1 year's experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
