About the Role

As a Seasonal Casual Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering warm and engaging customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, driving sales through confident product knowledge, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right products, provide styling advice, and make recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning floors, and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
  4. Drive sales by utilizing effective communication skills, being knowledgeable about products, and making proactive sales approaches.
  5. Contribute to a positive team culture by working collaboratively with colleagues, sharing ideas, and supporting each other's goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and reliability. A background in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential as we are willing to train the right candidate.
