Job Title: Medical Science Liaison - Neurology

Lilly is seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team in the Neurology therapeutic area. As an MSL, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders to advance our understanding of neurology and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize efficiency and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders to advance our understanding of neurology and drive business growth.
  • Provide scientific and medical expertise to support the development and commercialization of Lilly's neurology products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and medical developments in neurology and communicate this knowledge to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field) required with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience.
  • Intellectual curiosity about the field of science/medicine for which they are responsible.
  • Learning agility to comprehend and effectively communicate large amounts of complex scientific content in a clear and concise fashion.
  • Self-directed and able to work alone in the field, effectively managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage in professional relationship building and networking.
