We are seeking a highly analytical individual with strong technical capability to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting and reporting for various entities, including fund and project accounts.

The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with other business units and deliver quality service to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable, thrive on problem solving, and have a hands-on approach with international and domestic exposure to different areas of real estate, funds management, and asset management.

Key responsibilities include delivering accurate and timely financial reports, reviewing and analysing property accounting, providing technical accounting and tax advisory services, preparing quarterly unit price reporting, and managing tax compliance matters.

The successful candidate will also be involved in system administration, cost management, and development projects, as well as ensuring fund operations comply with internal documentation and compliance obligations.

Requirements include a professional accounting qualification, at least 2+ years post-qualification experience, and proficiency in MS Excel. Prior experience with consolidation and large accounting systems is essential.
