Unified Communications Technical Lead Role

The Technical Delivery Manager role is a high-profile position within our organization that requires operational expertise, technical knowledge and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Unified Communications strategy and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Operational Management and Support role within the Telecommunications and/or IT industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years supporting voice and/or video conference solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Voice (VOIP and analogue/digital) technologies, as well as vendor experience/knowledge with Cisco and Polycom.
  • Carriage, Security and Support Tools.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification or demonstrated ITIL knowledge to an equivalent level.
