Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our performance testing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the high-quality delivery of software solutions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals, working on cutting-edge projects that make a real difference in people's lives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.

As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, establishing relationships with various teams involved in the software development cycle, and managing platforms utilised within the organisation.

You will also be required to define and report on quarterly objectives and key results, maintain awareness of technology advancements, and ensure all services are fully integrated with the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong programming fundamentals
  • Demonstrable experience in component, Integration, system testing, and API Automation frameworks
  • Strong MS SQL Server along with experience working with NoSQL Databases
  • Good knowledge of performance testing tools, both enterprise and open source tools, along with experience across various performance testing methodologies and environments
  • Experience with cloud technologies
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Appinsight, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace
  • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation, and microservice architectures
