Key Responsibilities

The Quality Administration Officer will be responsible for:

  • Effectively coordinating and providing administration support for the Quality Manager;
  • Maintaining and managing metadata of the SharePoint controlled document Centre and other platforms relating to Policy control;
  • Coordinating, maintaining and scheduling all meetings in relation to the position including minutes, agendas, report preparation and record management;
  • Preparing draft correspondence and documentation, ensuring it is accurate and professionally presented;
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times;
  • Maintaining Accreditation files and TOR database for Hospital Accreditation purposes.
