About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Analyst to join our team at Clough Group. As an Internal Audit Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Internal Audit in developing and implementing the Internal Audit Program for Clough Group.
  • Conduct audits in accordance with the defined audit methodology, legal, regulatory, and requirements defined by the Italian Stock Exchange.
  • Presentation of audit findings to management, discussing deficiencies and recommending corrective action.
  • Ensure that all agreed-upon action plans are subsequently implemented.
  • Assist the Head of Internal Audit in ensuring the Audit Program continues to target key risk areas and ensure resources are appropriately guided and focused.
  • Raising awareness of audit objectives and requirements throughout Clough Group subsidiaries.
  • Reporting on Internal Audit activities to the Head of Internal Audit, the Clough Executive Team, and the Clough Board of Directors.
  • Developing and maintaining effective key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Managing audits through Clough's established internal audit processes.
  • Travel on an as-required basis (~30%).
Requirements
  • Suitable tertiary and professional qualifications.
  • Experience in internal auditing, risk management, project controls, engineering, or equivalent discipline.
  • Experience in the energy, resources, and infrastructure and major capital project/construction auditing will be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to assist management by bringing a systematic, disciplined, and structured approach in risk management, controls, and governance process.
  • Strong relationship building skills to ensure deliverables are clearly articulated.
  • Effectively and efficiently handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
  • Highly collaborative, have outstanding communication skills, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
