About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Go To Market to join our dynamic team at Bank of Queensland. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our go-to-market strategy, working closely with our creative, digital, and media partners to drive commercial return.

In this role, you will lead a team, have responsibility for a budget, and report directly to the General Manager - Group Marketing. With a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships, you will collaborate with Retail and Business Banking portfolios, as well as with Marketing and Digital teams to drive go-to-market initiatives. Your ability to balance strategic thinking, planning, prioritization, and practical execution will be key to your success in this role.

About You

You are a seasoned professional with demonstrated experience working with creative and media, either on client or agency side. You have a commercial mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving. Your pragmatic sense of how to get things done on time and on budget sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven track record working with creative and media partners.

Extensive experience in a similar role is essential.
