As a Sportsbook Representative, you will be responsible for handling sports wagers, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Process and verify sports bets in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure the integrity of our cash handling processes.
• Stocking and replenishing supplies as needed to maintain optimal station conditions.
• Providing expert guidance on wagering rules and regulations to our valued customers.
• Performing additional duties as required to meet business objectives.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of six months of relevant customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
