">We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Intensive Therapeutic Care program based in the Queanbeyan region. Our team works with young people from backgrounds of trauma, providing support and guidance to help them thrive.
">The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, coordinate operational requirements, and ensure the provision of services and support to clients and families in line with CareSouth's Practice Framework.

- Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and well-being of children, young people, and individuals with disabilities. ">
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work/Welfare, Social Sciences, Disability, or equivalent. ">
- Experience in a leadership capacity within the OOHC, Disability Services, or Community Services sector. ">
- Proven flexibility, adaptability, and ability to respond to changing work demands. ">
- High-level written and verbal communication skills. ">
- Understanding of the ongoing effects of injuries, trauma, and neglect. ">
- Effective interpersonal, conflict negotiation, and resolution skills, as well as the ability to provide strong leadership under pressure. ">
- Able to provide evidence of completion of the NDIS online Worker Orientation module, 'Quality, Safety and You', and hold a current First Aid Certificate including CPR. ">
- Current NSW driver's licence. ">
- Will to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a NSW Working with Children Check Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and/or ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card. ">
About You
">The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the care sector and be passionate about supporting vulnerable populations. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
">We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and annual leave loading. The successful candidate will also receive professional development opportunities and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.
