We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician/Mechanic to join our team in the Prestons Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Komatsu Forklifts customer equipment in and around the Sydney Metro region.
Your primary function will be to provide efficient service to customers, ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm, with opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and repair of Komatsu Forklifts customer equipment
- Provide skilful and efficient service to customers
- Ensure high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency
- Contribute to a professional team environment
- Relevant trade qualifications (Light or Heavy Automotive Mechanic or Auto Electrician)
- Experience with servicing and diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components
- Forklift licence required
- A minimum of C class Licence
- Ability to follow job scope & critical path
- Safety-focused mindset
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
