IT Sales Manager for Victoria

We are a leading and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP), highly respected by our clients, delivering an outstanding customer experience and excellent employee experience.
The successful Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, developing, and winning sales with new and existing clients. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive base salary of $100,000 per annum and uncapped commissions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share with a focus on Victoria
- Prospecting, identifying, and engaging potential clients through various channels, including existing networks, vendors, and lead generation activities
- Working with our Account Managers and Customer Success Teams to identify and develop opportunities amongst our existing client base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification, proposal writing, contract negotiation to closing
- Presenting and demonstrating to potential clients the value and impact of VISITS' Managed Services and other offerings
You will be working with a dynamic team in our Melbourne office, with access to regular training and professional development opportunities.
