Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Support Officer to join our team at Fulham Correctional Centre. As a key member of our Custodial Services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sentence administration service delivery, ensuring compliance with procedures and maintaining professional boundaries.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities. You will work closely with our Custodial Services Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Custodial Services Manager and other team members
- Ensuring accurate and timely sentence administration service delivery
- Maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality in a prison environment
- Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives
