We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of various projects from inception to completion.

This role will be responsible for driving project delivery, ensuring timely and within budget results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resources, and quality metrics.
  • Change Management: Assess organizational impact of project changes and create and execute change management plans to support successful adoption of project deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors, communicating project status, managing expectations, and providing timely updates on deliverables, risks, and challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues, proactively address challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate processes and workflows, recommending improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects, with a strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital, or a related field. PMP, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Methodologies: Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve project issues proactively and effectively, ensuring project goals are met within the set timeline.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain a positive, results-driven work environment.
