Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide clinical support to customers throughout the entire life cycle of their relationship with Philips, working in partnership with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on our Ultrasound portfolio.
- Training and Education: Train customers in the optimal use of our equipment, enabling them to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.
- Product Promotion: Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
- Feedback and Improvement: Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback on the quality of our training delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure awareness and management of safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations.
- Business Support: Provide clinical feedback to assist in funnel management and support the business with input on configurations.
- Postgraduate Studies: Postgraduate studies in General Imaging Sonography.
- Clinical Experience: In-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private medical imaging department.
- Advanced Imaging Technologies: Experience with Advanced Imaging technologies or imaging subspecialties is highly regarded.
- Commercial Experience: Previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be highly regarded.
- Relationship Building: Outstanding relationship building and communication skills with high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
- Travel: Ability to travel across ANZ as required.
