Process Solutions Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Solutions Engineer to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our pre-projects and projects team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process solutions for small to large projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical ambassador for Tetra Pak, providing expert advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales organization to provide technical support during the pre-project stage.
- Develop technical solutions, project budgets, and timelines, interacting with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and handle the design specification and dimensioning of process equipment and solutions.
- Travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning phases.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions with customers.
- Provide technical solutions in line with Tetra Pak's strategy, standards, guidelines, tools, and methods for process design.
- Validate and review technical solutions for engineering parts.
- Provide support in issue resolution in projects.
Requirements
- A university degree or diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Science Engineering.
- 3-5 years of process engineering experience in the food or beverage industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated technical skills, understanding of installation needs, and customer operations on site.
- Project management skills and the self-drive to work autonomously.
- A genuine interest in working on the different phases of project delivery, from design through to installation and commissioning.
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven.
- Possess an analytical mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a team with excellent communication and cooperation skills.
