Key Responsibilities- Provide behaviour support services to NDIS participants in the community, enabling them to achieve positive life change.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilizing positive behaviour support framework.
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and provide recommendations for support.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends.

- Be deemed as a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (evidence of letter required).
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Psychological/Social Science or related field).

- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth.
- A valid Australian drivers license.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
