Programmed Disability Support Worker

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team at Programmed. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support and services to clients with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to clients with disabilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
  • Encourage clients to engage in their own lives and participate in community activities
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals
  • Adapt to changing client needs and circumstances
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
  • Experience working with clients with disabilities
  • Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including morning and afternoon shifts
