For over 30 years, this global charity has helped Western Australian families with sick kids stay together and close to medical care they need.
The Community Fundraising Executive will lead peer-to-peer fundraising marketing campaigns for Up All Night and Ride For Sick Kids with support from the broader Community Engagement Team.
This role implements fundraising and digital marketing initiatives to support community engagement and fundraising event objectives, as well as facilitating social media community management and content creation for fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead peer-to-peer fundraising marketing campaigns for Up All Night and Ride For Sick Kids
- Implement fundraising and digital marketing initiatives to support community engagement and fundraising event objectives
- Facilitate social media community management and content creation for fundraising events
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, fundraising, communications, public relations, journalism or equivalent practical experience minimum of 3 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication; Excellent project management skills
- Meta Certified Community Manager
- Experience in: Peer-to-peer fundraising, social media community management, content creation and curation, project management skills, high attention to detail, ability to use initiative, work with minimal supervision, problem solver, high productivity and meet deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; Experience with using Content Management Systems
