We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in a leadership capacity. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise and passion for occupational therapy to drive the growth and development of our OT team.

About the Role:

  • Support a client-centered practice model, providing collaborative and evidence-based therapy services
  • Lead the implementation of clinical protocols and policies, ensuring excellence in service delivery
  • Provide training and supervision to junior clinicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Mentor and support the development of the OT team, promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Manage a tailored caseload, focusing on areas of interest and expertise, including FCAs, Home Modifications, Assistive Technology, Stroke Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, Neurological Conditions, Brain Injuries, or Mental Health

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA registration)
  • Experience providing support and mentoring junior clinicians
  • Proven experience working within the NDIS and disability sector
  • Excellent communication skills and fantastic time management
