About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team at Civica UK Ltd. As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud-based platform and internal developer platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage containerized applications using Docker, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Manage Docker images, security standards, and performance issues.
  • Deploy infrastructure stacks for Platform-related services using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Scripting & Automation, Linux Administration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Go is highly preferred.
  • Good experience with scripting - Bash, PowerShell, etc.
