We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in managing industrial projects, particularly those involving Tilt-Up construction valued at $5 million and above. This role emphasizes a balanced work-life dynamic, where achieving project timelines is prioritized over weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing the coordination of tradespeople and subcontractors on-site.

  3. Developing and managing a comprehensive working program.
  4. Writing detailed reports on project status and developments.
  5. Maintaining effective communication with management and subcontractors.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Recent experience as a Site Manager on new build industrial projects with a focus on Tilt-Up construction methodology.
  2. A valid QBCC License.
  3. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  4. Demonstrated longevity with previous employers.
