About the Role

The Training and Assessment Officer will play a key role in designing and building new training packages to meet the ongoing role-based requirements for Immigration Compliance operational officers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality assurance of existing curriculums to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Conducting needs analysis to identify role-based training requirements and developing innovative training solutions.
  • Working with Subject Matter Experts to create bespoke learning content and developing Training Management Packages, Power-point Slide Decks, Instructor or Facilitator Guides and Student materials.
  • Developing eLearning products to complement instructor-led-training products and writing an evaluation plan for implementation by the ABF College.
Requirements
  • Experience in training solution development and eLearning product development.
  • Ability to provide evidence of Australian citizenship, obtain a satisfactory National Police Check, and hold a current Baseline security clearance.
