The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to take ownership of complex, large-scale constructions from planning through to completion. This senior leadership role will see you drive outcomes, lead high-performing teams and act as the key contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

As Project Manager, you'll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest standards — while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules
  • Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams
  • Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems, ensuring issues are addressed proactively
  • Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented
  • Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth

What We're Looking For

  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role
  • Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects
  • Deep understanding of the construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail, with strong contract administration and reporting capabilities
