We are seeking an experienced Agency Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team at Wise Up Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive support, operations management, and client relationship coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Founder's calendar, scheduling, and travel
  • Facilitating quarterly strategy meetings and tracking key management goals
  • Coordinating client onboarding logistics, including welcome materials and workflow setup
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM data
  • Providing high-level personal admin support to the Founder & CEO

The role requires strong organisational skills, effective time management, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the agency.
