About Aged Care Support Worker

This role presents an opportunity to make a positive impact in the life of an individual living in a rural setting, supporting their independence and wellbeing. As a dedicated Private Aged Care Support Worker, you will provide social companionship and emotional support to our client.

  • Provide empathetic support and companionship
  • Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping, and outings
  • Deliver respectful and dignified personal care
  • Support grocery shopping and errands
  • Undertake light domestic duties including cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare and assist with meals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and report wellbeing changes or concerns
