We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Veterinary Director to take on a Clinical Leadership role within our team at Greencross Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to our veterinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to the veterinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement clinical strategies and policies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of veterinarians, ensuring their professional development and well-being.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, referral partners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive clinical excellence and business growth.

• BVSC or DVM degree through a recognized university by the AVBC.
• Significant experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a veterinary practice setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with a focus on small animal practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
