About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing world-class treasury solutions to clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and delivering integrated treasury solutions, either independently or in collaboration with Corporate Banking or Regional/Global GPS teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement customized treasury solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Pricing and Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions with clients to optimize relationship profitability, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, enhance client satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and selling complex treasury and payment solutions to FIs, Insurers, Asset Managers, and other NBFI clients.
  • Proven expertise across the FI sector and underlying industries, including a thorough understanding of product requirements, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Exceptional business, commercial, and origination skills, along with a strategic mindset to create and advance global treasury solutions with clients.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
