About the Role:

  • This strategic leadership position involves overseeing a portfolio of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC / OOSH) services across Sydney's Key Growth Areas. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for guiding management teams to deliver high-quality service delivery that aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place (MTOP) framework.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education sector, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing multiple sites. They will also possess strong business acumen, including financial management, operational efficiency, and organisational growth.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape services from a management level, ensuring they resonate with families, teams, and communities alike. Your mission will be to lead with purpose, nurture strong relationships, and drive quality service delivery.

About You:

  • You are a personable and strategic leader who thrives on connection, quality, and inspiring others. With a background in OSHC or Early Childhood Education (ECE), you are ready to take on a role that amplifies your impact and respects your expertise.
  • As a seasoned professional, you bring extensive experience in overseeing teams and leaders, with a focus on empowering others to achieve high-quality outcomes aligned with the NQF and MTOP V2.0.
  • Your qualifications should be relevant to the position, with a minimum Diploma level. You should also possess expertise in Multi-Site Leadership, Business Savvy, Strategic & Practical Skills, Adaptable, Reflective, Experienced, Relational, and Motivated by Purpose.
