The Role:
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial transactions, and collecting debt from clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial transaction processing and debt collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial records
- Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collecting and managing debt from clients
- Performing account reconciliations and ensuring financial accuracy
- Liaising with internal staff and external customers to resolve any discrepancies or concerns
Requirements:
- 2-3 years demonstrated experience working in accounts receivable or a related field
- High proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated competence in financial principles and accounting software
- Current drivers' license and willingness to obtain required checks
