Job Opportunity: Expert Immigration Advisor
">About the Role">The Migration Consultant role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for qualified professionals to provide expert advice and support to international students and migrants seeking migration, work, study, and sponsorship opportunities in Australia.
">Key Responsibilities">- Provide tailored advice on visa options, eligibility, and compliance, managing client expectations
- Design and execute immigration strategies for individual and corporate clients, ensuring sound commercial and legal solutions
- Manage client casework and deliver high-quality representation to relevant authorities
- Prepare and lodge visa applications, handle appeals, and manage all migration work with competence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and authorities, driving business development and enhancing the firm's reputation
- Stay current on migration law, policy, and industry trends, sharing insights with the team
- Qualified RMA with current registration, at least 1 year of experience in immigration law
- Proven expertise across various visa subclasses and appeal processes, ideally managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with experience supervising assistants
- Solid understanding of immigration legislation
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with diverse clients from different backgrounds
- Familiarity with client management systems
