As an Assistant Store Manager at our Busselton store, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve overall success. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating a customer-centric culture by leading by example and driving meaningful store experiences.
  • Developing your team in collaboration with the business to meet financial sales, profit, and productivity targets.
  • Transforming our store through expert visual merchandising, creating an inviting atmosphere that captures attention and delights customers.
  • Efficiently managing store rostering and wage expenses, maintaining a sharp focus on commercial acumen.
  • Overseeing stock management in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless shopping experiences for our customers.
  • Tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement, communicating insights to peers and senior management.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit dedicated retail professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A rotating fortnightly roster offers a great work-life balance. We're looking for individuals with:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker in a retail environment.
  • A genuine passion for the retail industry and a commitment to excellence.
  • The ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create efficient rosters.
  • Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and inspire colleagues.
