About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager/Team Leader to join our dynamic team, responsible for delivering exceptional results through effective leadership and project management. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • BSc Mech or similar from a recognised institution
  • FPAS Accreditation
  • Building Services and/or Fire project delivery/consulting experience
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of professional engineers in a people-first manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and project management-specific systems
  • Strong consulting skills, including concept design, high-level costing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration
  • Experience in the management and delivery of multidisciplinary projects
  • Familiarity with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and client relationship management
