The Role

As a key member of our team at Thorn Baker Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

• Lifting and shifting materials around the site with precision and care.
• Ensuring the site is safe to work on and clearing walkways to prevent accidents.
• Performing general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Providing assistance to the site manager as needed to ensure the project runs smoothly.

About You:

• Candidates must possess a valid CSCS card to demonstrate their commitment to site safety.
• Two commercial relevant references are required to verify your work experience and skills.
• A strong work ethic and can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.
