Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health: A Leader in Mental Health Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing direction and mentorship to residential staff relative to behavioral strategies.

Your primary responsibility will be to reinforce clinical plans and skills through mentorship, and by role modeling effective strategies and skills. You will encourage and reinforce positive behavior, as well as implement creative and corrective procedures to promote growth and development of residents.

As a key member of our team, you will aid in training direct care staff in implementation of student plans and will be a certified trainer for residential staff.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of progressively responsible positions in a residential setting that programs for the same populations (age, diagnosis, etc.)
