Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team at Rare Spares in Osborne Park. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the store to achieve success, coaching and developing our team members, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the operations of the store and achieve success
  • Coach and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating moments that matter for our customers
  • Ensure a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers
  • Set a positive example to our team at all times
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience or a willingness to take on a leadership role
  • Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
  • Knowledge of mechanical or automotive parts
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays
  • Valid driver's license and physical ability to perform the duties of the role
