Strategic IT Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solution Architect to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive IT solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of HR departments and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Develop Technical Solutions: Design and develop technical solutions for HR systems and processes, analyzing current HR technology environments and proposing improvements.
  2. Solution Architecture: Create and document solution architectures, including technical specifications and integration designs, collaborating with HR stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  3. Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation of new HR solutions and their integration with existing systems, evaluating and recommending HR technology vendors and products.
  4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and support for HR-related projects and initiatives, developing architecture patterns and building blocks aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Expertise in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP ERP HCM, and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like SAP Business Technology Platform and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with integration technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, SAP CPI).
  • Experience with XML, XSLT.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements in HR.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT implementation and delivery projects.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the HR domain.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
