**About the Role**

As a Registered Nurse at Calvary, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to deliver high-quality care and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments of residents
  • Develop and implement care plans with personal care staff to meet individual resident needs and preferences
  • Oversee the delivery of care and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate data collection, recording, and analysis related to resident care
  • Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines for residential aged care services and occupational health and safety legislation

**Requirements**

  • Ability to meet the inherent requirements of the role
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registrations
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage delegation to ensure quality outcomes
