UiPath Senior Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UiPath Senior Developer to drive automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing UiPath solutions that meet business requirements and improve process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable UiPath solutions using best practices.
  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Maintain and optimize existing UiPath workflows to improve performance and business value.
  • Conduct unit testing on developed code and support the full testing lifecycle.
  • Provide training, support, and knowledge sharing to employees.
  • Document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in UiPath development.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring staff in UiPath tools.
  • Strong understanding of UiPath technologies and best practices.
  • Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience with automated software testing.
