Seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our legal team in Cairns or Brisbane. As a key member of the internal legal team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and assisting with contracts of sale for businesses and land.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on property transactions including due diligence and option agreements.
  • Prepare and review leases, licence agreements, franchising agreements.
  • Review and advise on fuel supply agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with disclosure obligations related to franchising and retail leases.
  • Support procedural processes for rental determinations.
  • Collaborate with our external legal panel as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in property transactions, preferably with franchising experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
