**About the Role**


This is an exciting opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families. As an oshc Coordinator, you will be responsible for:



  • Providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs.
  • Creating engaging programs with industry-leading tools.
  • Becoming the face of TheirCare and building positive relationships within the school community.
  • Mentoring a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
  • Managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
  • Working hours: 7.00am - 9.00am & 2.30pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hours, Monday to Friday.

**About You**


We are looking for an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. You should have:



  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A completed or in-process ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children's Check in the relevant state.
  • A willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.
