Job Summary:
\We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and patient-focused care to individuals undergoing endoscopic procedures.
\Responsibilities:\- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients' responses.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives to enhance skills and promote best practices.
- Current Certificate of Registration through the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum 1 year critical care experience (ICU, CCU, Cath Lab, PACU, or Emergency Room)
- Ability to communicate in French (asset)
- Mature, professional attitude; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- General good health and level of fitness appropriate for position demands
