The Senior Manager SEQ Operations Integration role is a key position in driving business transformation initiatives across South East Queensland Operations, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing business value for internal and external stakeholders. This strategic role plays a crucial part in achieving the company's objectives, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment for a senior leader with deep technical knowledge of operating railways and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing tailored communication strategies to engage different levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing expert guidance on upcoming projects and works, taking into account the complexities of other business areas
  • Identifying and implementing initiatives to address gaps or trends
  • Leading data-driven decision making, including the identification and delivery of key performance improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining high visibility across the SEQ network and participating in internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Evaluating how multiple projects will be operationalized and clearly articulating key risks and remedies

About You:

  • A flexible and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Proven experience across multiple disciplines in the rail sector
  • Senior management experience with a track record of delivering outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and experience building strong working relationships at all levels of the business
  • Possessing Lean six sigma certification (Green Belt) is highly desirable
