Job Title: Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. You will work as part of a team to achieve sales and key performance indicator (KPI) targets, process large volumes of stock, pick and pack click and dispatch orders, and maintain the in-store operations including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service in-store with premium product
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process large volumes of stock
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping, VM & cleaning required

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
