Casual Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our sales team as a casual sales associate. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about products
  • Maintaining store appearance and organization, including replenishing stock, completing tasks efficiently, and adhering to health and safety standards
  • Providing support to colleagues during busy periods, including covering shifts and assisting with events and promotions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and follow-up activities

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
