Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for producing analytics reports and providing insights to improve the business.

  • Proficiency with SQL and Power BI
  • Retail experience
  • In-depth understanding of manipulating data
  • Previous experience in delivering insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with either R/Python
  • Understanding of Machine Learning techniques
  • Digital data experience

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality analytics reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Engage with director-level stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements

Provide strategic recommendations to improve the business based on data analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence or a related field
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
