Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will provide seamless branch experiences by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs. You will build strong relationships with new and existing customers and the wider community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging customers to explore the best products and services to suit their needs.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and support.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and the wider community.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of banking products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Effective communication with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • High level of banking product knowledge, including transactions accounts, insurance, term deposits, and credit cards.
  • Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but not essential.
