As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will provide seamless branch experiences by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs. You will build strong relationships with new and existing customers and the wider community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging customers to explore the best products and services to suit their needs.
- Providing high-quality customer service and support.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and the wider community.

Required Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Effective communication with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- High level of banking product knowledge, including transactions accounts, insurance, term deposits, and credit cards.
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but not essential.
