About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team at Better Rehab in North Lakes. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans to address the unique needs of our clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing empathetic and supportive care throughout the treatment process.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Work in a variety of settings, including client homes, day centers, and community locations.
- Manage a caseload of clients with diverse needs and goals, prioritizing their care and well-being.
