Job Title: Coffee Service Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Coffee Service Specialist to join our team at Taste My Bean. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and quality beverages to our customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality coffee drinks and other beverages according to our recipes and guidelines.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the drive-thru area.
  • Work effectively with our team members to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Operate the drive-through speaker system and communication headsets to provide efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is an asset.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • You are physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15kg, and move quickly around the store as needed.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and are able to follow procedures and guidelines.
